• 5+ years of experience using Python for back‑end development
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with MongoDB and/or Redis
• Interest in LLMs and emerging AI technologies
• Understanding of distributed systems and multithreading

Responsabilidades

• You'll work with cutting‑edge products and play a key role in delivering high‑impact solutions for clients

• Employees are expected to work on‑site at least one day per week
• Some teams or roles may require additional in‑office days based on collaboration needs or operational priorities
• Design and implement server‑side logic and functionality, ensuring efficient data processing and management
• Create, maintain, and optimize databases with a focus on integrity, performance, and security
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
• Implement security measures, including authentication, encryption, and protection against vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with front‑end engineers to ensure seamless integration of back‑end and UI components
• Optimize platform performance using best practices and modern tooling
• Identify, debug, and resolve issues across the stack
• Write and maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and standards
• Stay current with emerging trends, frameworks, and tools in back‑end and AI‑related development
