NestJS Developer at BairesDev

As a NestJS Developer, you will design and develop scalable server-side applications within the Node.js ecosystem. You will act as a link between complex business logic and high-performance APIs, ensuring the delivery of robust integrations and event-driven services.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement efficient REST and GraphQL APIs using the NestJS framework and TypeScript.
• Develop asynchronous patterns and event-driven architectures to ensure system scalability and responsiveness.
• Manage and optimize data persistence layers using PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Deploy and maintain serverless or containerized applications on cloud environments like AWS Lambda or ECS.
• Ensure code quality and system reliability by implementing comprehensive testing suites with Jest or Vitest.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architectural standards.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on the Node.js ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in building scalable APIs and event-driven services using NestJS and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL or MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS Lambda or ECS.
• Solid understanding of testing frameworks such as Jest or Vitest for ensuring code quality.
