  • Support incident, request, and change management processes (ITIL);
  • Contribute with scripts and automations for routine tasks (bash, Python, or similar);
  • Participate in health check routines, capacity planning, and performance analysis;
  • Work with observability tools (such as Datadog, Zabbix, Wazuh, Grafana, OCI Monitoring, among others);
  • Work closely with DBAs, sysadmins, developers, and business analysts;
  • Support the continuous improvement of processes and technical documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux;
  • Basic knowledge of networks, scripting, and cloud computing (OCI, AWS, or Azure are a plus);
  • Genuine interest in automation, reliability, and system performance;
  • Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and collaborative profile.
  • Previous experience with Oracle EBS, WebLogic, or any ERP system;
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, Terraform, or Ansible.
