AI Engineer

This role is an opportunity to shape how artificial intelligence is applied to real-world digital growth challenges by building production-ready AI systems that directly impact business performance. You will design and deploy agentic workflows, LLM-powered applications, and intelligent automation systems used to optimize acquisition, monetization, and product experiences at scale. Working in a remote-first, highly collaborative environment, you will partner with product, data, and engineering teams to transform experimental AI concepts into robust, scalable solutions. The role combines hands-on software engineering with cutting-edge AI development, requiring both technical depth and a product-oriented mindset. You will actively contribute to defining how AI is embedded into modern growth strategies. Accountabilities

• Design and develop AI agent systems capable of executing autonomous workflows across multiple tools, models, and data sources
• Build and deploy production-ready Generative AI solutions, including RAG systems, intelligent chatbots, NLP pipelines, and automation workflows based on LLMs
• Develop using AI-assisted programming tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) to maximize productivity and software quality
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing product ecosystems, including APIs, backend systems, frontend applications, and data platforms
• Prototype, test, and iterate quickly on AI models, architectures, and workflows following a high-frequency experimentation approach
• Contribute to the overall AI strategy by identifying growth opportunities and proposing new AI-driven product initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into scalable AI-powered solutions
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience, preferably with Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js
• Strong experience designing scalable software architectures and production-grade systems
• Hands-on experience building AI agent systems and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI/Claude agent tools
• Solid understanding of LLMs and Generative AI concepts, including prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation, and hallucination mitigation techniques
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying scalable AI systems
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and monitoring tools for production AI systems
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of daily engineering workflows
• Strong product and growth mindset focused on business impact and experimentation
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in distributed, remote-first teams with high autonomy
• Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is a plus
