About the Role Psychable is a global directory and health and wellness platform focused on psychedelic care serving individuals, clinics, retreat centers, churches, and practitioners.
As AI increasingly replaces traditional search, we are hiring an AI-first search engineer to ensure our information appears prominently in AI systems like ChatGPT and other LLM-driven platforms.
This is not basic SEO.
We are looking for someone who understands semantic search, structured data, and how AI models retrieve and reference authoritative sources.
Your mission: increase Psychable’s discoverability across AI and search environments.
Responsibilities • Optimize site architecture for AI retrieval and semantic indexing
Requisitos
- 3+ years advanced SEO and technical optimization experience
- Strong understanding of structured data and semantic search
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI search behavior
- Experience improving domain authority and search visibility
- Analytical, systems-oriented thinker
- Potential for ongoing engagement
- 1–2 examples of technical SEO wins you’ve led
Responsabilidades
- Your mission: increase Psychable’s discoverability across AI and search environments
- Optimize site architecture for AI retrieval and semantic indexing
- Implement structured data and schema markup
- Improve crawlability, internal linking, and technical SEO performance
- Build entity authority across integration, retreats, clinics, and churches
- Develop AI-aware content structuring strategies
- Increase authoritative backlinks and knowledge graph positioning
- Track AI visibility, ranking improvements, and citation frequency
- Monitor AI responses and refine positioning strategically
