What You’ll Do • Develop and enhance backend services using Java

•Build modern, high-performance APIs using Quarkus • Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions

•Implement automated testing (unit, integration, performance) • Work daily with AWS services

•Develop in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS) • Contribute to event-driven architectures (SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ)

•Support observability initiatives including logging, metrics, and tracing • Follow engineering best practices focused on code quality and maintainability What You Bring

•Hands‑on experience in Java backend development • Knowledge of Quarkus

•Experience with unit and integration testing • Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

•Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS • Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, ECS)

•Understanding of scalability concepts (auto‑scaling, load balancing, clustering, disaster recovery) • Basic understanding of observability (logging, metrics, tracing)

•Knowledge of SOLID, Clean Code, DRY, KISS, and YAGNI principles Nice to Have • Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform

•Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) • Experience with .

NET Core, Python, Kotlin, or Go • Background in financial services, fintech, or payments
