Role Overview As a Backend Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and evolving the core services that power Outlive’s health intelligence platform.

This includes user identity, data ingestion, scoring systems, background processing, and secure integrations with external services.

You’ll work primarily in TypeScript with NestJS, deploying to Cloud Run and Cloud Functions on GCP.
