About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with strong experience in PHP and Laravel to help design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable server-side applications.

This role plays a key part in ensuring system performance, stability, and long-term maintainability across a growing digital health ecosystem.

You will take ownership of backend services and APIs, troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize database performance, and contribute to architectural decisions.
