Our engineering team works closely with product and business, with technical autonomy, ownership, and a strong focus on long-term sustainable solutions.

About the role We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with a strong focus on Rust, at Mid to Senior level, to play a strategic role in the evolution of our backend systems.

We seek someone with a software architecture mindset, capable of actively participating in technical decisions, evaluating trade-offs, and contributing to the evolution of our codebase with maturity and long-term vision, in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and engineering team.

Beyond feature implementation, this role is key to structuring, scaling, and sustaining the platform as our products grow.

Expected profile • Mid to Senior level

•5+ years of backend development experience • Strong architectural thinking

•Comfortable discussing, proposing, and executing technical decisions • Hands-on, collaborative, and critical-thinking mindset

•Technical English for reading, writing, and professional communication Required skills • Solid experience with Rust

•Consistent practice of Test Driven Development (TDD) • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture

•Ability to analyze and contribute to architectural decisions • Experience or strong interest in fintech, crypto, or financial systems (highly valued) Nice to have

•Async Rust / Tokio • gRPC (Tonic)

•SQLx • Redis

•Kafka • Docker

•Kubernetes Responsibilities • Contribute to backend architectural evolution

•Implement solutions aligned with team decisions • Propose improvements in architecture, performance, and quality

•Ensure robust, testable, and maintainable code • Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead on technical decisions

•Support ongoing maintenance and evolution of services Differentials • Experience in regulated environments or critical systems

•Background in high-scale, high-availability, or low-latency systems • Previous experience in mature engineering teams
