This role sits at the intersection of data science, artificial intelligence, and commercial performance, with a strong focus on applying GenAI to real business impact. You will be responsible for designing and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance sales productivity, optimize lead management, and improve conversion across multiple channels. Working closely with commercial leaders, you will translate operational challenges into scalable AI products and intelligent automation. The environment is fast-paced, execution-oriented, and highly collaborative, requiring both analytical depth and a strong builder mindset. Your work will directly influence how sales teams operate, making processes more efficient and data-driven. This is a hands-on role where experimentation, iteration, and measurable impact are at the core of success.

Accountabilities

• Design, build, and implement AI and GenAI-based solutions to improve commercial performance, including lead generation, qualification, prioritization, and sales enablement workflows.
• Develop autonomous AI agents (such as virtual SDRs) to automate stages of the sales funnel and continuously improve performance through experimentation and iteration.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRM systems and existing commercial tools to ensure seamless adoption across sales operations.
• Identify operational bottlenecks across sales channels and implement data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Define success metrics, run experiments, and analyze results to optimize conversion rates, sales cycle time, and productivity.
• Partner closely with business and sales leadership to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions and actionable insights.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-focused roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using data and ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience working with AWS services (including Lambda, S3, and Bedrock) and version control tools like Git.
• Ability to design, build, and deploy data-driven or AI-based solutions in production environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and clear communication of technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with autonomy and ownership mindset.
