About The Role
What if your clinical trial expertise could directly shape how AI understands and advances healthcare research? We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to oversee the operational execution of clinical trials — while contributing to some of the most ambitious AI projects in medicine today.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role for seasoned clinical research professionals who know how to keep complex studies on track. If you thrive on managing moving parts, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results, this is the role for you.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies running on schedule
- Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and partners
- Coordinate with CROs, research sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality study execution
- Identify operational risks early and resolve issues before they impact study delivery
- Keep stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the full clinical trial lifecycle
- Apply your real-world clinical expertise to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on healthcare and research data
- Experienced clinical trial project manager with a strong track record managing budgets and timelines
- Skilled at coordinating CROs, external vendors, and research partners across complex, multi-site studies
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of the details
- Proactive problem-solver who keeps trials on track even when challenges arise
- Clear and confident communicator with a variety of stakeholders
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms
- Background in regulatory compliance, GCP, or clinical operations leadership
- Work on cutting-edge AI and healthcare research projects alongside leading research labs
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
