Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ Years of Overall IT experience
• 5+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer using NodeJS/TypeScript & Java focusing on Spring and creating RESTful web services
• 3+ years of Chatbot development experience with IBM WatsonX Orchestrate, or any other similar chatbot conversational AI tool (i.e Google Dialogflow CX, LivePerson, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai)
• 3+ years training and improving intent recognition by curating the appropriate training data sets
• 3+ years applying Conversational AI best practices (e.g
• NLP and training data best practices)
• 5+ years of debugging and optimization skills
• 5+ years of experience creating unit/ integration testing using either Selenium or Junit, etc
• 5+ years’ experience developing and delivering microservices on OpenShift container platform
• 5+ years’ experience with either Postman, or SoapUI or Swagger or TeamSite, or Splunk
• 5+ years’ experience of participating in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
• 5+ years of experience with cloud development and deployment principles using either AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong Analytics and problem Solving Skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail
