AccountabilitiesYou will be responsible for developing end-to-end fullstack solutions, contributing to both backend systems and frontend interfaces, while ensuring scalability, performance, and integration across multiple services.

Your responsibilities include:Developing and evolving backend services, APIs, and business logic using modern fullstack technologiesBuilding and maintaining frontend interfaces such as dashboards, operational flows, and user experiencesWorking on core platform modules including campaign engines, customer profiles, integration hubs, and orchestration systemsDesigning and implementing REST APIs and supporting service-to-service communicationIntegrating external systems such as ERPs, WhatsApp, VOIP, and payment servicesContributing to data modeling and ensuring consistency, scalability, and performanceMonitoring system behavior, logs, and metrics to ensure observability and rapid issue resolutionWriting clean, testable, and maintainable code following best engineering practicesCollaborating with product, AI, backend, and operations teams to deliver aligned solutionsRequirementsThis position requires solid fullstack development experience and the ability to work in fast-paced, product-driven environments with distributed teams.
