The Opportunity We are seeking a Development Software Engineer to own and evolve our internal backend applications that power data operations, customer support workflows, and AI-assisted tooling.

Although these systems are internal, they are business-critical and directly impact customer-facing products, data accuracy, and operational reliability.

This role provides dedicated engineering ownership for internal tools built with ReTool, AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB), PostgreSQL, and emerging AI workflows.

You will bring structure, reliability, and scalability to systems that are currently fragmented across teams and contributors, enabling the company to grow without increasing operational risk.

Responsibilities • Own the design, development, and maintenance of internal applications that support data acquisition, customer success, and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications • 3–5 years of professional experience with JavaScript, including backend development and integrations.
