Requisitos

• minimum 4 to 6 years of experience
• 4+ years Python development experience
• 2+ years working with AI/ML frameworks (Transformers, LangChain, scikit-learn)
• 2+ years hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Google AI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Strong expertise with FastAPI and async programming patterns
• Proficiency with Celery and distributed task management
• Experience with Redis for caching and messaging
• Familiarity with PDF/document parsing (PyPDF2, PyMuPDF, pdfminer)
• Background in image processing (Pillow, OpenCV)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning/optimization
• Experience with content generation and NLP pipelines

Responsabilidades

• Understand and maintain existing AI/ML based codebases and architecture
• Lead development of new features and enhancements to content generation workflows
• Optimize performance and scalability of AI/ML processing pipelines
• Work with Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini) for content generation
• Develop and improve chunking, text extraction, and topic modeling algorithms
• Enhance image generation using APIs and diffusion-based models
• Maintain and enhance Python-based REST APIs (FastAPI preferred)
• Optimize Celery task queues for asynchronous and distributed workloads
