BI provides consulting, enterprise support, and engineering services for open-source data infrastructure and real-time analytics platforms .

We help organizations design, deploy, migrate, and operate large-scale distributed data systems built on technologies such as:

•Apache Druid

•StarRocks • Apache Flink

•Apache Kafka • Apache Cassandra

•Kubernetes • Hadoop ecosystem Our engineers work across the entire lifecycle of modern data platforms — from architecture and deployment to migrations, incident management, performance optimization, and custom feature development.

What you'll work on You will help customers: Deploy Kubernetes-native data platforms Migrate from legacy or commercial systems to open-source stacks Operate high-availability distributed systems Build infrastructure supporting real-time analytics workloads Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Deployment • Deploy distributed data platforms including Kafka, Flink, Druid, StarRocks and Cassandra

•Build and maintain Kubernetes-native infrastructure • Implement high-availability and disaster recovery architectures

•Configure autoscaling and resource optimization • Deploy systems across cloud, on-prem, hybrid, and BYOC environments Platform Migrations

•Execute commercial / enterprise → open-source migrations • Support legacy platform modernization

•Implement zero-downtime migration • Build or re-architect data ingestion pipelines and platform infrastructure

•Ensure platform stability during large-scale migrations Platform Operations • Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems

•Support mission-critical analytics platforms • Improve automation, deployment workflows, and reliability

•Collaborate with engineering teams on platform architecture and operations RequirementsCore Skills • Strong experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production

•Kubernetes networking (e.g., Calico, Cilium) • Experience deploying large-scale distributed systems

•Strong Linux systems and networking knowledge • Experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD

•Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed infrastructure issues • Infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Helm, etc.)

•Observability and monitoring systems Experience With Data Platforms (Strongly Preferred) Experience with one or more of the following:

•Apache Kafka

•Apache Flink • Apache Druid

•StarRocks • Apache Cassandra

•Hadoop ecosystem Additional Skills (Nice to Have) • Experience operating large-scale data infrastructure
