AI Engineer (Agents + Automations + Integrations)

We’re looking for a highly technical AI Engineer to help build and maintain AI-powered automations, integrations, and agent workflows across a modern GTM / RevOps tech stack.

This is hands-on execution work (not strategy).

You’ll be building real workflows, AI agents, Slack bots, API integrations, and automations that connect tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Asana, Slack, and more.

This is an ongoing contract with consistent hours for the right person.

What You’ll Build AI agents and agent workflows (Claude / OpenAI-based) Slack bots and internal assistant automations API-based integrations across SaaS tools n8n / Zapier workflows (plus custom Python automation when needed) Data movement and enrichment pipelines System-to-system syncing (HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Asana, etc.) Required Experience Build production-grade apps using Next.js (App Router), React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript (strict) Implement PostgreSQL integrations (schemas, migrations, SQL scripts) Build AI agent workflows using Claude Sonnet (Anthropic SDK) with streaming + tool use Develop web search tool integrations (agent can search and cite results) Build scraping pipelines using Cheerio Implement secure auth using bcryptjs + JWT (jose) Enforce strong validation using Zod Write tests using Vitest Deploy and maintain production environments on Railway Work comfortably in GitHub-based workflows Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and SaaS integrations Bonus: experience with n8n and/or Zapier Preferred / Bonus Experience Claude Agent SDK Slack bot development Composio integrations Notion API HubSpot & Salesforce APIs Clay workflows Fireflies automations Google Workspace automations PhantomBuster Asana API Ideal Candidate Fast executor with minimal hand-holding Strong communicator (can explain what you built and how it works) Comfortable inside complex tech stacks Enjoys building automation-heavy, AI-powered systems Engagement Ongoing contract (not one-off) 5–20 hrs/week depending on availability and performance Small paid test task required to start
