We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team, focusing on the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents using Copilot Studio and Azure AI technologies in HSAG’s Data Science & Advanced Analytics division.

The AI Engineer is responsible for leading the development of custom Copilot AI Agents for deployment across DSAA.

DESCRIPTION The AI Engineer is a key contributor in DSAA and will develop innovative AI projects spanning intelligent agent development, automation, and enterprise integration.

Driven by curiosity and a passion for technology, this position designs, builds, and deploys AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure AI tools.

Additionally, the AI Engineer will be responsible for leveraging expertise in Python to customize AI agents and to participate in a wide array of data science activities.

Responsibilities include orchestrating the development of custom AI agents, developing automation workflows, and ensuring robust, scalable deployments.

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Serve as the lead AI Engineer as part of Data Science & Advanced Analytics.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
