Requisitos

• Location: Remote (candidates must be based in India)
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in at least one of:
• Node.js / TypeScript
• Python
• Demonstrated experience building or integrating:
• n8n workflows (custom nodes, APIs, webhooks, error handling, secrets and credentials)
• At least one major cloud provider, preferably AWS (IAM, networking basics, logging, monitoring)
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM/GenAI tooling:
• Working with APIs for Bedrock or similar (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Implementing retrieval, prompt engineering, evaluation, and/or basic agent patterns
• Prior experience in technical enablement: internal trainer, tech lead, mentor, solutions architect, or instructor (meetups, workshops, or internal bootcamps count)
• Excellent spoken and written English; ability to explain complex concepts with simple examples
• Comfortable presenting on camera, using collaboration tools (Zoom/Teams), and managing interactive sessions with Q&A and live coding

Responsabilidades

• Function: Technical training, curriculum development, and solution prototyping
• Design and deliver live virtual training sessions, bootcamps, and labs on:
• n8n (workflow automation and integrations)
• CrewLangGraph / CrewAI (agentic and multi-agent workflows)
• Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Nova / Nova Act (foundational models and agents)
• Amazon SageMaker (ML development, training, deployment, and MLOps)
• Build end‑to‑end demo applications and reference architectures that combine the above tools in realistic scenarios (e.g., LLM agents orchestrating n8n workflows, Bedrock + SageMaker pipelines)
• Develop training assets: slide decks, hands-on labs, code templates, GitHub repos, assessments, and solution walkthroughs
• Run office hours, cohort-based programs, and 1:1 coaching for developers; collect feedback and continuously improve the learning experience
• Collaborate with product, platform, and DevOps teams to keep content aligned with our internal standards, security, and best practices
• Track learner progress and outcomes; propose metrics and experiments to increase training effectiveness and adoption
