Requisitos

• W2 Contract, Six Months (High Likelihood for Extension / Permanent Conversion)
• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, including Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and Loopio
• 10+ years of progressive experience in AI, architecture, or technical enablement roles
• Expert-level, hands-on experience with the Microsoft AI stack, specifically Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio
• Deep technical proficiency in LLMs, agent design, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and Python/API orchestration
• Proven track record of moving AI projects from pilot to large-scale enterprise deployment
• Strong understanding of sales environments or professional services landscapes
• Ability to work 100% autonomously in a "hands-on" capacity without immediate coaching/management duties
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)

Responsabilidades

• Work with a leading professional services firm as the Sales Enablement AI Engineering Director
• You will serve as the visionary lead and "hands-on" architect for the North American Sales AI Ecosystem
• Design, build, and refine agentic AI tools and ecosystems specifically for sales tasks like research, client insights, and content generation
• Execute the technical build-out using Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Act as a proactive technical advisor, identifying native Microsoft capabilities and out-of-the-box features to accelerate deployment
• Orchestrate development and monitoring workflows with a global support team, including offshore resources in India
• Transition tactical manual efforts into automated AI environments to increase "speed to play" for the business development team
• Document reusable AI patterns and architectures to ensure the ecosystem is scalable and secure
