As an Entry Level Engineer, you will join a unified Engineering track, working across both Software and Data Engineering disciplines.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on high-impact projects, contributing to the design and development of innovative digital products and data-driven solutions.

In Your Day-to-day, You WillCollaborate with BCG Consulting and BCG X teams to solve complex business and technology challenges Design, develop, and deploy scalable software and data solutions across different technical domains Apply engineering best practices throughout the full development lifecycle, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability Translate business needs into technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders Contribute to agile teams through continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and improvement What You'll BringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, with recent graduation between July 2025 to July 2026 6+ months of relevant internship or equivalent work experienceFluency in Portuguese and English Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, or similar Foundational knowledge of software and/or data engineering concepts, including databases and APIs Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or modern engineering tools is a plus Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environmentAdditional info#BCGXjobBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
