Come join the excellence!OverviewEnterprise Infrastructure EngineerResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:Manage, maintain, and provide engineering and administrative support for enterprise backup/recovery solutions and VMware environmentsEnsure applications and systems meet business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) requirementsManage data retention lifecycle for compliance and archival storage of data Responsible for hardware associated with enterprise backup/recovery solutionsResponsible for server hardware associated with VMware environmentsPrimary Duties And Responsibilities:Implement and operate tactical plans that align with management-defined strategies to meet corporate, divisional, and team goalsImplement and maintain backup policies, schedules, and standardsPlan and execute proactive and reactive BC/DR activitiesInteract with customers to understand and deliver data protection solutions that meet their requirementsCreate documentation related to backup/recovery solutionsVMware administration includes build, deploy, and patch managementQualifications:7+ years’ experience supporting data protection programs and technologiesMinimum 2 years' experience supporting VMware programs and technologiesAbility to establish and maintain data protection architecture, policies, procedures, and schedulesAbility to troubleshoot networks and perform VMware system administrationPrior experience managing BC/DR program or participation in related activitiesDemonstrated skills in decision making/judgement and initiativePossess interpersonal skills and organizational savvyEnglish (reading, writing and speaking)Optional Desired Qualifications:Global infrastructure support preferred experienceExposure to system administration, engineering, or scripting/programming desiredExposure to other facets of IT helpfulExposure to Cohesity backup solutions and Proxmox VE is helpfulKnowledge of PCI requirements and controls desiredKnowledge of Office 365/MS Teams/MS Notes desiredEducation And Certifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredITIL certification is preferredVMware certification is desired but not requiredQualificationsBenefits:Healt insurance;Dental plan;Life insurance;Meal/Food voucher;Wellhub;Totalpass;LinkedIn Learning;EAP – Employee Assistance Program;Scout – Referral Program;Birthday Day Off;English course.
