Requisitos

• LLM-based systems and advanced agent architectures
• Reinforcement learning and feedback-driven optimisation
• Reasoning and planning systems (e.g. MCTS)
• RAG pipelines and knowledge integration
• Evaluation frameworks for generative systems
• Scalable ML infrastructure and experimentation environments
• Designing systems that operate under real-world constraints
• We are especially interested in Staff / Principal-level AI Engineers, founding engineers at AI startups, or technical leaders who still enjoy building hands-on
• Clean technical canvas with significant architectural influence
• Experience in frontier AI environments
• Recognised research or open-source contributions
• Built systems or products that have attracted investor interest
• Staff / Principal-level AI engineer or early technical leader in an AI-native environment
• Strong systems thinker with end-to-end architecture capability
• Comfortable building without large teams or corporate structure
• Experience contributing to applied AI systems or research communities
• Motivated by ownership and long-term equity value

Responsabilidades

• These systems will embed within business operations, plan actions, execute workflows, learn from outcomes, and continuously improve real-world performance
• The Role - This is a hands-on founding builder role working directly with the founder to design and build the core platform from the ground up
• You will operate at the intersection of frontier AI techniques (LLMs, agents, RL, reasoning systems) and production-grade systems, defining the architecture that allows AI to act, learn, and deliver outcomes in real-world environments
• Foundational ownership of a new AI platform
• Opportunity to translate frontier AI techniques into real economic impact
• Able to contribute to technical discussions in investor contexts
• Architect and build the core AI platform
• Design applied LLM and agent-based systems aligned to commercial use cases
• Translate frontier AI techniques into production systems
• Define experimentation and learning loops driven by real-world feedback
• Establish infrastructure, evaluation, and optimisation strategies
• Operate as a founder-level technical partner to the CEO
