Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with AI experience to professionalize, support, and ultimately own the AI-powered applications built across SkyHouse.

This is not a lightweight experimentation or prompt-only role. The focus is on developing and owning persistent, production-grade applications that are used repeatedly by internal teams.

For example: if a team prototypes an AI tool to generate short-form video variations for ads, this role would take ownership of hardening, maintaining, scaling, and improving that tool so it can be reliably used across the organization.

There will also be opportunities, time permitting, to design and build AI-powered applications from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Own and maintain AI-powered internal applications from prototype to production

• Build scalable, reusable systems—not one-off experiments

• Translate business and operational needs into durable technical solutions

• Collaborate with teams who may prototype tools and turn them into long-term platforms

• Improve and optimize existing AI tools for reliability, performance, and adoption

• Contribute to new AI-powered application development when priorities and time allow

Important Role Distinction

This role is not focused on standing up quick demos or simple AI wrappers. It is a development and ownership role responsible for building, stabilizing, and scaling applications that persist over time and are used across teams.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Experience

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; React or Vue

• Backend: Node.js, Python, or similar server-side technologies

• Databases: SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

• AI / Automation: Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs and frameworks into real workflows

• Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

• Version Control: Git and collaborative development workflows

Background & Capabilities

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience

• Experience with APIs and third-party integrations

• Familiarity with marketing technology, CRM systems, or e-commerce platforms

• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort owning work end-to-end

• Understanding of DTC funnels and conversion optimization is a plus
