The Role Working hand-in-hand with our Team Lead, you will take deep technical ownership of the RIDR app.

This means bridging design and engineering to transform Figma prototypes into polished mobile experiences, while simultaneously architecting the Convex backend systems that power our gamified community.

You will build product features—from highly performant, cross-platform UI to robust backend systems and social interactions.

What You’ll Do • Implement screens and components from Figma designs into Expo / React Native, ensuring flawless operation across iOS and Android.

What You Bring • Strong proficiency in React Native, Expo, and TypeScript.

Nice to Have • Experience with UI component systems (shadCN UI, HeroUI) or animation libraries (React Native Reanimated).
