Requisitos

• Strong coding/scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Graph queries)
• Hands on M365 administration (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive)
• Experience integrating and managing enterprise Generative AI platforms
• Knowledge of prompt patterns, AI safety, and enterprise AI control mechanisms
• Strong understanding of enterprise security and least privilege access
• Ability to translate policy into automated technical enforcement

• M365: 5 years (Required)

• Prompt engineering: 3 years (Required)

Responsabilidades

• The M365/GenAI Engineer designs, builds, and supports secure integrations, connectors, and operational controls across Microsoft 365 and enterprise LLM platforms
• This is the hands on technical implementer role
• Implement DLP, MIP, retention, Sensitivity Labels, and secure configuration
• Administer and operationalize enterprise LLM platforms (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude)
• Develop connectors, automations, and reusable patterns for AI and M365 workloads
• Troubleshoot permission issues, data routing, and cross workspace access
• Provide hands on engineering for data governance enforcement
