Job Title: Golang Developer Job Type: Permanent Salary: €55,000 (FTE) Role Location: Hybrid (Marbella) or Remote within Spain The Company: An innovative international technology iGaming company operating a proprietary, large-scale digital platform serving global markets.

The business builds and scales high-traffic consumer products, operating in a fast-paced, product-led environment with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and continuous innovation.

Role and Responsibilities:

•Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient backend services using Go.

•Develop distributed, event-driven systems leveraging technologies such as Kafka and gRPC. • Integrate newly acquired platforms into the core ecosystem and enhance their capabilities.

•Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features. • Contribute to backend architectural decisions and continuously improve engineering standards and tooling.

•Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting to ensure system reliability in production.

Job Requirements:

•Minimum 3 years’ commercial experience developing production-grade systems in Go.

•Strong experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems. • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (event streaming and messaging patterns).

•Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers. • Production experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.

•Experience working with Docker and containerised environments. • Strong understanding of system design concepts including state management, ordering, and idempotency.
