Hybrid Full-Stack Developer (React/Python - Irving, TX)

A healthcare insurance provider is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their team on a hybrid basis in Irving, TX.

We are seeking a FullStack Software Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and help build a new selfservice platform from the ground up, with a strong focus on a Reactbased frontend and a Python backend.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, responsive, and highperformance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences while collaborating closely with product, platform, and AI teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and strong proficiency in React, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and Python, along with experience using modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, and Yarn, and familiarity with responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS.

You should have a deep understanding of state management, component lifecycle, hooks, and the Context API, as well as experience using Git or GitHub for version control.

This role also requires a solid understanding of AI and agentic AI concepts, including autonomous agents and AIdriven workflows, enabling you to help evaluate, recommend, and integrate intelligent capabilities into the platform as part of its evolution toward AIpowered selfservice experiences.

Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer 6+ years of experience with React & Python Advanced SQL proficiency with the ability to model, transform, and optimize large, complex datasets for reporting and analytics Proven expertise building interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
