About the Field Service TeamYou will be part of the Brazil Field Service team.

Our department is responsible for providing first-class field service and support 24/7.

About the Role: In-house EngineerAs our In-house Engineer, you will be part of a highly qualified team and will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support to our customers directly at their sites.

We currently have four openings available.

Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, one of the following locations or nearby areas:Nova Lima, MGSanta Bárbara, MGParauapebas, PACanaã dos Carajás, PA,Belém, PAYour ResponsibilitiesWork full-time at designated customer sites.

Serve as the FLS focal point at the customer’s site.

Coordinate the resolution of all open items between FLS and the customer, ensuring effective and timely closure.

Provide on-site basic technical and commercial support to assist customers in achieving maximum operational efficiency with their FLS equipment, including filters, thickeners, flotation cells, crushers, HPGRs, and mills.

Monitor the customer’s inventory as well as all other key operational aspects to ensure safe and reliable operations.

Relay updated technical and commercial information from the customer site to FLS customer support teams.

Support the customer and the FLS team during scheduled and emergency maintenance activities at site.

Identify, evaluate, and recommend products, parts, upgrades, and services that best meet customer needs.

Ensure the entire sales process aligns with customer requirements,from the initial proposal to final delivery, within the agreed timeframe.

Develop strong and effective relationships and communication with customers.

Deliver technical and administrative field reports.

Maintain and update the CRM system and other control tools.

Promote a culture of personal and team/customer safety.

Work independently with limited supervisionWhat You BringTechnical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in the mining industry (desirable).

Good working knowledge of parts and maintenance of mining equipment such as Thickeners, Flotation Cells, Filters, HPGRs, Mills and CrushersIntermediate English and/or Spanish (desirable).

Availability to reside in or near the cities listed above.

Availability to travel when required.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Solid knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems.
