Junior Data Scientist – Agentic AI

We are seeking a junior-level PhD researcher to contribute to cutting-edge Agentic AI research.

The role focuses on designing, experimenting, and evaluating autonomous and multi-agent AI systems in real-world and simulated environments.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct research on agentic AI, autonomous agents, and decision-making systems Design and prototype AI agents using LLMs, reinforcement learning, and planning frameworks Analyze experimental results and contribute to research publications Collaborate with senior researchers and engineers on model development and evaluation Stay current with emerging research in AI, multi-agent systems, and reasoning models Required Skills & Qualifications: PhD in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field (recent graduates preferred) Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow) Familiarity with LLMs, autonomous agents, or reinforcement learning Strong analytical thinking and research mindset Good to Have: Publications in AI/ML conferences or journals Experience with agent frameworks (AutoGPT, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.) Knowledge of simulation environments or multi-agent systems
