Junior Python Data & Automation Analyst (Risk & Controls)

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Junior Python Data & Automation Analyst in Wilmington, DE Responsibilities Junior Analyst to support our Risk & Control organization through data-driven reporting, control insights, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solution development.

This role will help build and maintain Tableau dashboards, automate recurring processes, and develop Python-based analytics and tooling, including leveraging agentic/AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI-based tooling, SmartSDK, and similar) to improve efficiency and control effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: - Tableau reporting & visualization - Build, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards for Risk & Control- - Workflow automation - Identify repetitive/manual processes and implement python based automation solutions - Python development & analytics - Write clean, production-oriented Python code to ingest, transform, validate, and analyze data. - AI/agentic tool implementation - Prototype and deliver AI-enabled solutions supporting Risk & Control workflows with control owners, process leads, and stakeholders partnership.
