•CVS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH • GOOD SPOKEN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED Description We are looking for a Lead iOS Developer who's built and shipped serious apps, made hard technical calls, and taken responsibility when things didn't go to plan.

This is a hands-on leadership role.

You'll set technical direction, own the iOS architecture, and lead by example from design decisions to App Store releases.

You won't just write code - you'll define standards, unblock the team, and raise the quality bar across the entire iOS practice.

What You'll Do • Own the iOS technical vision - architecture, patterns, tooling, and best practices

•Lead development across the full app lifecycle, from concept to App Store and beyond • Make clear, pragmatic decisions in ambiguous situations

•Drive code quality through reviews, standards, and example • Mentor and support other iOS developers, helping them grow fast and safely

•Collaborate closely with product, backend, and design to shape features early • Take responsibility for performance, stability, and long-term maintainability What We're Looking For

•6+ years of professional iOS development experience • Proven experience leading iOS development on one or more production apps

•Strong portfolio of shipped, maintained apps (you've lived with your decisions) • Deep Swift expertise - architecture, performance, and trade-offs

•Strong understanding of UIKit and SwiftUI, and when to use each • End-to-end ownership mindset: UI, domain logic, APIs, analytics, releases

•Comfortable setting direction, saying no when needed, and defending decisions • Experience mentoring developers or acting as a technical reference point How You Work

•Core Data, Push Notifications, App Store Connect • Git, Fastlane, CI/CD, TestFlight
