The Role As a Lead Backend Software Engineer you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the platform’s core infrastructure.

As a technical leader, this individual will be responsible for driving innovation, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, security, compliance, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities • Architect & Develop Backend Systems Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend solutions, ensuring robust APIs for mobile, web, and third-party integrations.

Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with AML, KYC, data privacy, and state-by-state sweepstakes regulations. • Manage Data Infrastructure Build and maintain data pipelines to support analytics, fraud detection, geolocation controls, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications • Proven experience designing, developing, and scaling high-performance backend systems.
