YOUR DAY TO DAYUse ITIL framework to streamline processes Act as the escalation point, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents promptly and to conduct root cause analysis for problem management Develop and implement service strategies to enhance operational efficiency Renew and manage budget for services to ensure cost-efficient service deliveryMonitor and maintain service levels to meet customer expectations, tracking and analyzing SLAs and KPIs to ensure alignment with ITPF standards Read Gartner report on GenAI and emerging technologies in service managementWho We’re Looking ForA customer-centric IT professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for end-to-end service delivery. 5+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in Service Management primarily handling operational services.

English is mandatory and Spanish is a plus as you will work with multicultural teams, stakeholders and vendors.

Familiarity with ITIL, Agile and IT Risk & Controls.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Experience with service performance monitoring, budgeting, and financial control.

Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Comfortable working in dynamic, complex, and cross-functional environments.
