Our engineering team works closely with product and business, making technical decisions with real impact on operations and company growth.

About the role We are looking for a Mobile Software Engineer with a strong focus on React Native to strategically contribute to the evolution of our mobile applications.

Beyond building screens, we seek someone with strong engineering fundamentals , mobile architectural thinking , and the ability to collaborate closely with backend, product, and design.

You will help build scalable, stable, and high-quality mobile applications , designed to support critical financial products and long-term evolution.

Expected profile • Mid to Senior level

•5+ years of experience in mobile or frontend development • Strong understanding of mobile architecture and state management

•Comfortable discussing technical trade-offs and proposing solutions • Hands-on , collaborative, quality-oriented mindset

•Technical English required for reading, writing, and professional communication Required skills • Solid experience with React Native

•Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript • Experience with modern mobile architectures and component-based design

•Familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL APIs • Ability to write testable, performant, and maintainable mobile code

•Understanding of the mobile lifecycle (Android and iOS) Nice to have • State management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar)

•Modern React / React Native patterns (Hooks, Context, performance optimizations) • Mobile testing (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, or similar)

•App publishing and maintenance on App Store and Google Play • Native API integrations (native modules, bridges)

•Mobile CI/CD • Familiarity with Expo (and clarity on when to use or not) Responsibilities

•Contribute to the architectural evolution of mobile applications • Implement features aligned with product and design

•Propose improvements in performance, stability, and user experience • Ensure scalable, testable, and sustainable mobile code

•Work closely with backend, product, and design teams • Support continuous improvement of mobile practices and standards Differentials

•Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial products • Background in large-scale or complex mobile applications
