Need Help Connecting FastAPI Backend to Expo React Native App (Local Mobile Setup)

📌 Description I have an existing sports card grading and ROI analysis tool that I’ve built, and I need help getting it fully running on my smartphone for beta testing.

The project is already developed — this is NOT a build-from-scratch job.

I need a developer to help connect and run: - A Python FastAPI backend - A React Native mobile app (Expo) - Running locally and connecting via my home network 🎯 Scope of Work This should be a short engagement (estimated 2–4 hours).

Tasks include: - Help me run the FastAPI backend locally - Configure the Expo mobile app to connect to the backend - Ensure the app works on my phone via Expo Go Troubleshoot: local network / IP connection firewall issues if needed Verify full flow: upload card image receive analysis results from backend 🛠️ Required Skills Must have experience with: - Python (FastAPI) - React Native / Expo - Mobile-to-localhost networking (LAN IP setup) - Handling file uploads (FormData) ✅ Nice to Have (but not required) - Experience with image upload workflows - Experience with REST APIs - Basic understanding of computer vision or OpenCV 💰 Budget - Fixed price: $100–$300 depending on experience - Expecting ~2–4 hours of work 📅 Availability Looking to complete within the next 1–2 weeks Prefer someone available for a live working session (Zoom or similar) 📌 To Apply Please answer the following: Have you worked with FastAPI before?
