Job DescriptionYour Mission: You Will…Support day‑to‑day operations of corporate networks, servers, and IT systems.

Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi‑Fi networks across offices and datacenters.

Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure components.

Investigate and resolve IT incidents reported by users, ensuring reliable service delivery.

Follow corporate security policies and contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

Assist in IT infrastructure projects, documentation, upgrades, and system improvements.

Collaborate with your Team Lead, peers, cross‑functional teams, and external vendors when needed.

QualificationsWhat You Need to SucceedBachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline is desirable but not essential.

Proven experience in network/system administration in a corporate environment.

Practical knowledge of routing, switching, Wi‑Fi networks and firewalls.

Experience with VPN solutions or ZTNA.

VMware or alternative vendor virtualisation experience.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) – networking/security fundamentals are enough.

Good understanding of DNS, user/role‑based access control, and general IT security practices.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly with global teams.

You are fluent in English (written and spoken).

You’ll Stand Out If You Have…Certifications such as Cisco/Juniper, Linux Admin, VMware, or Windows Admin.

Hands‑on experience with Meraki devices and Wi‑Fi controllers.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and willingness to continuously learn.
