AccountabilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver scalable fullstack solutions using Node.js and React, supporting complex digital financial products.

Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering standards, including Tech Design documents, ADRs, DORA metrics, and cloud cost optimization practices.

Write, test, review, and deploy high-quality code in an incremental and agile manner, ensuring continuous delivery to production.

Support peers in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex software issues across distributed systems.

Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices in software design, performance, security, and maintainability.

Develop tools and internal solutions to improve team productivity and system efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve architecture and contribute to strategic platform decisions.

Ensure observability through monitoring, logging, and performance tracking in production environments.

Work on microservices-based architectures and event-driven systems in a cloud-native environment.

RequirementsStrong experience designing, implementing, and deploying software solutions in production environments.

Advanced knowledge of Node.js and React for fullstack development.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles such as SOLID, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, DDD, and EDA.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud-native services (S3, SQS/SNS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS).

Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architectures.

Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and asynchronous systems.

Strong understanding of data structures, system design, and distributed systems.

Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, and load testing.

Strong proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Ability to perform root cause analysis and solve complex production issues.

Strong critical thinking regarding software performance, security, and scalability.

Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving engineering practices.
