Our client is looking for a skilled Programming Expert to contribute to advancing AI model intelligence and safety.

By collaborating with global talent, they enable AI systems to learn more effectively, ensuring better accuracy, reasoning, and reliability. Their platform supports remote contributors by emphasizing flexibility, transparency, and a consistent work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and solve advanced computer science and programming-related tasks to improve AI learning.
• Evaluate, compare, and rate AI-generated code based on correctness, efficiency, and best practices.
• Analyze outputs from AI systems and provide clear, actionable feedback for improvement.
• Create well-structured technical questions and detailed solutions to train AI models effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science from a reputed institution.
• Strong programming expertise in at least one of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in both Spanish and English.
• Strong writing ability with attention to grammar, clarity, and technical accuracy in both languages.

Preferred Experience

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Developer.
