We are currently looking for a Senior Backend Engineer - REMOTE.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining backend services, primarily using Go, while leveraging your strong background in Ruby, Python, or PHP.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and clarity of our systems and contribute to business impact through innovative solutions.

Requisitos
- 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience
- Strong experience in Ruby, Python, or PHP
- Track record of owning production systems
- Solid understanding of databases, schemas, and migrations
- Interest in learning Go and systems-level concepts
- Pragmatic approach to architecture and tradeoffs
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Support for personal projects and initiatives
