Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Golang Developer with expertise in AI.

The role involves designing and optimizing REST and GraphQL APIs, managing database migrations, and collaborating with research teams during testing cycles.

Responsibilities • Design and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs using Go

•Implement validation, error handling, and security best practices • Manage database migrations, schema updates, and performance tuning

•Test AI coding models in Cursor during real backend workflows • Document bugs, incidents, and findings with clear reports

•Collaborate with research teams via Slack during testing cycles • Submit post-testing surveys with structured feedback Skills

•Strong backend development experience with Golang • Strong experience building RESTful and GraphQL APIs

•Solid understanding of backend security and data validation • Experience with database migrations and schema design

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment
