Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS and modern cloud tools to join our growing remote engineering team.


In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure for a variety of cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities •

•Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, CloudFormation, etc.) •
•Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI •
•Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible •
•Automate repetitive tasks and ensure system scalability and security through scripting and tooling •
•Monitor infrastructure performance and provide system tuning and enhancements •
•Collaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless code releases and environment consistency •
•Maintain high standards of operational reliability, system availability, and disaster recovery •
•Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues quickly and effectively •
•Document all processes, configurations, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and support team collaboration • Required Skills and Qualifications
•• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its ecosystem
•• Proficiency with Linux-based systems and command-line tools
•• Deep understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes or ECS
•• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
•• Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment strategies
•• Proficient in at least one scripting language such as Python, Bash, or Shell
•• Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, VPNs, load balancing, firewalls, and VPCs
•• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog
•Experience •
•Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role •
•Proven track record of deploying and managing cloud-native applications •
•Experience working in agile and remote-first teams is highly desirable • Working Hours

•• Core availability expected between 9 AM to 5 PM (UTC or aligned time zone) for collaboration
•• Full-time, 40 hours per week
