Requisitos

• Previous experience in traditional application development
• Strong full-stack engineering background, with the ability to work across modern backend and frontend technologies
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer (or similar role) building applications with Generative AI and Machine Learning
• Experience working with LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI-driven services in production
• Solid coding skills, with an expectation that you actively leverage AI tools to write and improve code efficiently (this will be discussed during interviews)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades

• Designing, building, and deploying Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions that improve patient experience, streamline clinical workflows, and operate safely within a highly regulated healthcare environment
• Building production AI solutions that are used every day by clinicians and patients
• Applying Generative AI and LLMs in a real healthcare setting, directly improving patient access, communication, and clinical workflows
• Working on meaningful problems where safety, privacy, and reliability genuinely matter
• Leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, conversational AI, and cloud-native platforms within Azure
