• 8+ years in mobile development, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role
• Cross-Platform: Ionic & Capacitor with Angular
• iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, XCTest (or equivalent)
• Android: Java/Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Espresso (or equivalent)
• Cloud Integration: Firebase
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with React Native
• AWS knowledge
• Performance profiling and optimization
• Mobile UI/UX principles

Responsabilidades

• We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Mobile Tech Lead to guide the development of high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications
• This role will focus on leading technical execution, ensuring best practices, and collaborating closely with the Mobile Architect to deliver scalable and secure solutions
• Lead the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android using cross-platform frameworks
• Collaborate with the Mobile Architect to implement architectural decisions and ensure alignment with overall design
• Drive code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively
• Integrate mobile applications with backend systems and cloud services
• Mentor developers and foster a culture of technical excellence
• Contribute to performance optimization and security improvements
