W2 role only Role : Senior Agentic AI Developer with Public Trust Start Date: 4/6/2026 Duration: 12 Month contract to hire Onboarding Timeline: 4-6 weeks (must get Public Trust approved before starting) Location: Remote Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust If they have held a Public Trust in the past 5 years they likely can get it closer to 3-4 weeks vs 5-6 weeks.

Responsibilities • Design and implement agentic AI systems with planning, memory, and tool orchestration

•Build and maintain multi‑agent architectures for collaborative problem solving • Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, vector stores, and enterprise platforms

•Develop advanced reasoning pipelines (ReAct, tree‑of‑thought, reflection loops) • Optimize prompt engineering, system instructions, and tool schemas

•Ensure reliability, observability, monitoring, and evaluation of AI agents • Establish guardrails, safety constraints, and monitoring mechanisms

•Collaborate with infrastructure teams to define AI strategy and AI Ops capabilities Required Experience / Skills • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

•2+ years working with LLM‑based systems or AI applications • Demonstrated experience building production AI agents (not just prototypes)

•Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open‑weight models) • Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph / LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)

•Deep understanding of prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and multi‑agent coordination • Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)

•Senior‑level proficiency in Python and/or PowerShell • Strong system architecture and API integration experience

•Monitoring and logging experience • Ability to collaborate and mentor peers Preferred

•Strong architectural and systems mindset • Ability to translate business problems into agent workflows

•Clear communication of complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders • Ownership mentality and bias for action
