Backend Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining efficient and scalable backend systems.

The professional will work in the development of solutions, ensuring the quality and performance of the systems.

Responsibilities • Write clean code to develop functional web applications;

•Build projects applications; • Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features;

•Write high-quality, efficient, and well-documented codes; • Close collaborates with Front-end developers, Designers, and clients to project and develop functional and high-quality APIs;

•Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging; • Gather and address technical and design requirements;

•Implements software versions with an agile approach and following CI/CD best practices; • Understand software systems and connects applications to the different data source; Requirements

•Knowledge of Object-oriented programming and Languages Java, Python, Ruby, Go, NodeJS, or C# (but with an interest in learning Python). • Experience with frameworks and libraries for web development, such as Django, Spring, .

NET, or Ruby on Rails. • Experience with Kubernetes and virtualization.

•Significant experience writing and using RESTful API services and large-scale apps to improve performance; • Ability to create effective unit and integration tests;

•Ensures the code follows good practices on software engineering and industry standards; • Understands the concepts around automated software testing and develop unit tests and effective integration;

•Data usage: Experience on relational and non-relational databases, Experience with cloud (+ Azure); • Agile skills: Experience working on a collaborative Agile product team;
