Overview We’re looking for a Senior AI Developer who blends deep technical skill with strong product sense.

Someone who loves understanding real customer problems, builds AI systems that directly improve user experiences, and thrives in a fast‑moving, fully remote team.

You'll design and ship LLM‑powered agents, AI workflows, and intelligent automation that support mission‑critical healthcare operations.

What You’ll Do • Design and build AI workflows + agent‑based systems used by healthcare teams.

•Develop LLM‑powered features (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) including prompt engineering, evaluation, and fine‑tuning. • Build AI tools for document processing, compliance automation, recommendations, and voice/speech integrations.

•Work closely with product, engineering, and ops to turn real user needs into AI solutions. • Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.

•Integrate and orchestrate automations using n8n, Zapier, Vellum, or similar platforms. • Monitor and optimize AI performance based on real usage and feedback.

•Communicate clearly in writing, share work openly, and collaborate asynchronously.

What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in software engineering

•3+ years building AI/ML systems • Strong hands‑on experience with LLMs + OpenAI models

•Proficiency with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, vector DBs • Experience with document AI, recommendations, voice/speech, or multimodal systems

•Ability to architect scalable agent-based workflows • Experience with n8n / Zapier / Vellum (or similar tools)

•Strong product intuition + user‑centric thinking • Excellent written communication; comfortable working fully remotely Nice-to-Haves

•Knowledge of cloud platforms and deploying AI models in production environments. • Familiarity with additional programming languages or tools like React.js, Node.js, or PostgreSQL.

•Prior experience working in digital health or HRtech sectors.
