Senior AI Developer Brazil Senior AI Specialist Important Information Location: Brazil Job Mode: Full-time Work Mode: Work from home Job Summary As a Senior AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications.

Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.

Responsibilities and Duties • Design the interaction flow between different AI Agents (e.g., Diagnostic Agent triggers Optimization Agent);

•Code the decision-making logic that interprets real-time data streams and triggers specific AI interventions; • Deploy and manage Gradient Boosting (XGBoost/LightGBM) and Neural Network models within Azure;

•Utilize Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI / Prompt Flow to build conversational or reasoning capabilities for the advisor; • Orchestrate the interaction between physics-based models residing in Synapse and the AI layer;

•Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, retraining, and drift detection; • Design and optimize system prompts for LLM-based components of the advisor;

•Optimize inference latency to ensure real-time recommendations (sub-second response); • Expose AI capabilities via secure REST APIs for consumption by the UI/BI layer;

•Ensure AI models comply with data privacy and security standards.

Essential Skills • Strong experience developing AI or machine learning solutions using Python;

•Advanced knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Scikit learn; • Experience deploying and managing machine learning models including Gradient Boosting models such as XGBoost or LightGBM;

•Hands on experience with Azure AI services such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service or Azure Machine Learning; • Experience working with data platforms such as Azure Synapse Analytics or Spark;

•Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel or AutoGen; • Experience implementing MLOps practices including model versioning, retraining and monitoring;

•Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes; • Experience developing and exposing REST APIs to integrate AI capabilities into applications;

•Strong problem solving skills and ability to optimize AI model performance and inference latency.
