Equal Plus is seeking a Senior AI Developer / Consultant / Architect to work for a client based in Brazil.

Title: Senior AI Developer / Consultant / Architect Location: Brazil (Remote)* Duration: 6 months Language: Portuguese & English (Bilingual required) Rate: Open (market-driven) • Candidates must be based in Brazil

•Hands-on LLM Development: Building features, understanding model behavior and limits, and fine-tuning. • RAG Implementation: Document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, and relevance tuning.

•Agent Frameworks: Building single and simple multi-agent workflows. • Prompt Engineering: Writing reliable prompts, handling edge cases, and mitigating hallucinations.

•Technical Proficiency: Production-quality Python and TypeScript, async workflows, and API integrations. • AWS Fundamentals: Deploying AI services and managed cloud services with cost awareness.

•Memory & State Handling: Managing conversation state, session memory, and long-term storage patterns. • Testing & Evaluation: Prompt testing, functional tests for AI flows, and evaluation metrics.

•Observability: Logging, tracking failures, and monitoring cost/latency. • Software Engineering Discipline: Clean code, version control, and maintainable architecture.
