Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS, Kubernetes & CI/CD

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer for an important U.

S.-based client.

Project: Acceleration of platform alignment and deployment repeatability to support large, complex customer engagements and regulated environments, with an emphasis on improving release velocity, architectural consistency, and time-to-market.

What You'll Do Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using Harness and CloudBees/Jenkins.

Architect, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Deploy, operate, and scale containerized workloads on Kubernetes.

Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

Drive reliability, security, and scalability initiatives.

Mentor engineers on DevOps and cloud best practices.

Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment and release processes.

Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and prevention strategies.

Define operational standards and documentation.

Must Have Strong experience with Harness and/or CloudBees/Jenkins.

Advanced working knowledge of Kubernetes.

Proven experience with Terraform and IaC.

Extensive experience managing AWS environments.

Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and SRE practices.

Excellent English communication skills.

Ability to lead technical initiatives.

Nice to Have Experience implementing GitOps practices.

Knowledge of security compliance frameworks.

Experience with multi-region or high-availability systems.

Background in cost optimization (FinOps).

Experience in regulated environments.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.

Experience leading infrastructure initiatives.

Proven track record of improving system reliability and performance. •
